All goods sold in the Fishing Mania Online Store are new, in original packaging, with valid manufacturer's warranty. All goods are produced for the Japanese domestic market. All goods are shipped from Israel or Estonia(Due to COVID-19, the warehouse in Estonia is temporarily closed). The order consisting of multiple items will always be sent from a single location, regardless of how many and what items are in the order.
Goods can be shipped anywhere in the world with restrictions on overall dimensions and on choice of postal operator in some countries. In most countries, the postal service is presented in its entirety.
The item price does not include any duties or taxes that may be charged by your country for packages arriving from abroad. The pricing, quantity of goods, and time of delivery mentioned in the articles are not binding on the Seller, but the Seller will make all efforts to fulfill the stated estimates.
Whilst the Seller try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices, which appear on the Fishing Mania Online Store, are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price.

In the event that the Seller is unable to ship an item, you will be notified by e-mail and any amount paid by you will payment be refunded.
The Seller reserves the right to exclude one or more currencies from the accepted list without preliminary notice. In the web-store you can choose from more than ten different currencies, which will be accepted for payment directly, without fees of exchange.
Any other currency will be converted according to the rates established by your local bank.

Shipping will be paid by the Customer in the amount agreed upon by the Seller at the time of payment of the order. An order cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped. Shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. Most orders will pack and ship out within two days of ordering. The maximum term of the shipment may take up to 10 business days from receipt of payment. Once order has been shipped, the Customer will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking code. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7-21 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Delays up to 10 business days in order processing are possible in the period of national holidays.
The stock is constantly changing, and not always the ordered goods can be shipped immediately. Nevertheless, advanced logistics allows to deliver the missing goods in operative terms from the manufacturer.
If within 48 hours the status of the order will not be changed, please inform about it using the feedback form.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, the Seller cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party postage or freight providers.
If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
If you unreasonably defer delivery or delay the receipt of delivery after couriers has notified you that they have tried to deliver the ordered items to you, or if you have provided the Seller with an incorrect delivery address which results in an unsuccessful delivery, the delivery package will be returned to the Seller.
The Seller does not assume any obligation of delivery by a certain date or hours.

There is an initial cost of placing an order, which is 4 Euros (or the equivalent in any other currency) regardless of the number of items in the shopping cart. The order fulfillment period of spare parts to the fishing rods and fishing reels can be up to one month. It is standard practice of manufacturers.
Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. The Customer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the Seller and the Customer is unsatisfied, the Seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Items delivered to the Customer can be returned to the Seller new in original packaging. The Customer will pay postal charges. The Seller will refund the total cost `of item to the Customer only after the item will be received by the Seller safe and sound.
The Seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the items supplied to the Customer (or which may be received from the Customer).
Cases of Limitation of Liability
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the Customer is responsible for payment.
Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team using the feedback form. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the Seller will be in contact as well.
The Seller warrants that it has the right to provide the goods but otherwise the goods are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, oral or written including, without limitation, the implied conditions of merchantable quality, fitness for purpose and description, all of which are specifically and unreservedly excluded. In particular, but without limitation, no warranty is given that the goods are suitable for the purposes intended by the Customer.
The Seller warrants that the goods will be supplied using reasonable care and skill. The Seller does not warrant that the goods supplied are error-free, accurate or complete.

Both parties warrant that they are registered under the Data Protection Act in respect of the collection, processing and use of the goods. Each party will comply with the Act including but not limited to its obligations in respect of any personal data which it may supply to or receive from the other party.
The Seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the Customer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the goods purchased by the Customer, the Seller shares no responsibility.
The Seller shall not be liable for any claim arising out of the performance, non-performance, delay in delivery of or defect in the goods nor for any special, indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising or howsoever caused whether from negligence or otherwise in connection with the supply, functioning or use of the goods.
The Customer shall fully indemnify the Seller against any liability to third parties arising out of the Customer's use of the goods.
